This policy explains what information Marino Fitness (“we”) collects when you use our coaching platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. Because coaching involves health and fitness information, we treat that data with particular care.
Information we collect
- Account & contact: name and email address, created when you sign up or log in.
- Onboarding & health information: the training, nutrition, lifestyle, biomechanics, and injury details you provide in the intake questionnaire, including any movement videos you upload.
- Training data: programs, workout and set logs, habits, check-ins, and progress entries recorded as you use the app.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We store a customer reference and subscription status; we do not store your card number.
- Usage & device data: basic analytics needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To deliver and personalize your coaching, communicate with you about your program and account, process payments, keep the service secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see it
Your data is visible to you and to your assigned coach. We use trusted processors to run the service — Supabase (database, authentication, and encrypted file storage), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). Each processes data only on our instructions.
Storage & retention
Your information is stored on our processors’ infrastructure and protected by row-level access controls so that clients can only reach their own records. We keep it for as long as your account is active and as required afterward for legal and accounting purposes [retention period to be confirmed].
Your choices
